What this involves
When the written assessment finds existing marketable skills, the plan consists of job placement assistance only. The statutory goal, where practicable, is a position paying at least 80 percent of the gross wage the employee earned at the time of injury, and the assistance is capped at six months from the date of notification.
Performed under NRS 616C.555(2). Eligibility for vocational rehabilitation services is governed by NRS 616C.590 and the written assessment required by NRS 616C.550.
