What this involves
A large share of this valley's hospitality and construction workforce is monolingual Spanish speaking. All ten of our staff work in both languages, so a transferable skills interview happens directly between counselor and claimant, with no scheduled interpreter, no added vendor line item and nothing lost in the middle.
