Who we work for

Behind the dazzling lights are thousands of hardworking people. When an injury ends the job one of them has always done, this is the work that decides what happens next.

How a file moves

From referral to closure

1. Assessment

Interview, verified work history, transferable skills measured against the physician's permanent restrictions, and the written eligibility determination NRS 616C.550 requires.

2. Plan

A written program built to finish inside the applicable time limit and to restore a substantial portion of the pre-injury average monthly wage.

3. Placement and monitoring

Job development with real employers, contemporaneous monitoring notes, and a file that can support an extension request if one becomes necessary.
