Bilingual Vocational Counseling in North Las Vegas

Bilingual Vocational Counseling for North Las Vegas claims

A large share of this valley's hospitality and construction workforce is monolingual Spanish speaking. All ten of our staff work in both languages, so a transferable skills interview happens directly between counselor and claimant, with no scheduled interpreter, no added vendor line item and nothing lost in the middle.

For files in North Las Vegas, that work happens in the valley's distribution corridor, where most of Southern Nevada's warehousing sits. Knowing which employers there will take a modified-duty candidate is the difference between a labor market survey and an actual placement.
