Born and raised in Las Vegas, Moises grew up watching his parents' dedication and sacrifice in providing opportunities they themselves did not have. He is currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in civil engineering at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas.
His connection to the Las Vegas workforce is personal. His father has worked in construction for more than 25 years, and growing up he saw the pride his father took in the work and the respect he held for the people alongside him.
