Born in Ciudad Juárez, Chihuahua, Mexico, Katherine immigrated to Las Vegas with her family at the age of 20, seeking a safer environment and the opportunity to build a better future.
Her professional career began in the restaurant industry, where she started as a server and grew into restaurant management. Working in customer service and leadership taught her patience, compassion, communication and treating every person with dignity and respect.
