Born in Mexico and brought to Las Vegas at the age of one, Francisco grew up watching his father work in construction his entire life — an example of how hard work, perseverance and dedication can change circumstances and create opportunity.
He works with injured workers to understand their individual circumstances, recognize their strengths and abilities, and work toward returning to employment when they are ready, guiding them through the process and communicating with everyone involved along the way.
His background in management and customer service taught him the importance of listening carefully, communicating clearly, being patient and treating every person with dignity and respect.
